Father's Day 4-wheeling at McComas Meadows

Start of our trip for the day, Kathy and Mike Terhaar, Dave, Samantha & Joey Jones and Ivan & I went.



This is the drive to go 4-wheeling.




After 4-wheeling on the trails for about 7 miles Ivan and I decided to put our rain gear on.



Another 6 miles and it rained hard most of the way - we were all cold and wet. We were going to the lookout, but not this time it had stopped raining but we decided to head back to the pick-ups.

After getting to the pickups we decided to start a fire and get warmed up, so with a little gas Ivan and Mike got a good fire going so we warmed up and dried off and ate our lunches. All in all it was a good Father's Day :-)

It is important for everyone of us to exercise their rights to vote! Yes I voted today! But the main reason for me to write about this is my dreams - I dreamt I was in a many story building and had to climb each story and obstacle to get there to vote. I think there is always these that weighs on mind about who to vote for and what our heart is telling us. I had to go thru all these different people trying to keep me from go up to vote - really profound! Vote - our votes have to count!!!
