Crunchy Baked Chicken
1 egg
1T. milk
1 can french-fried onions crushed
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp of salt
dash of pepper
1 fryer chicken (3-4 lbs)
1/4 cup butter, melted
Directions:
In a shallow bowl whisk egg and milk. In another shallow bowl combine the onions, parmessan cheese, bread crumbs, paprika saltg & pepper. Dip chicken in egg mixture and then roll in onion mixture.
Place in greased baking dish. Drizzle with butter bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until juices run clear.
Note: I just used a chicken breast for just Ivan & I, I also used Italian stype bread crumbs.
This was really good and I also made twice baked potatoes.
